Business Performance Analyst

About The Job

The Performance Management Analyst is responsible for benchmarking, developing performance matrices, managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs). This role requires a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with a strong focus on enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Responsibilities & Duties:

Benchmarking:

 Conduct benchmarking studies to compare organizational performance against industry standards and best practices.

 Analyze benchmarking data to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.

 Monitor industry trends and developments to ensure the organization remains competitive.

Performance Matrices:

 Develop and maintain performance matrices (financial and nonfinancial) to measure and evaluate organizational performance.

 Analyze performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization.

 Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.

Service Level Agreement (SLA):

 Manage the development, implementation, and monitoring of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal and external stakeholders.

 Ensure SLAs are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

 Monitor SLA performance and provide feedback to relevant teams for improvement.

Operational Level Agreement (OLA):

 Manage the development, implementation, and monitoring of Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) within the organization.

 Ensure OLAs support the achievement of SLAs and overall organizational performance.

 Monitor OLA performance and provide feedback to relevant teams for improvement.

Required skills and qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

 Minimum 4-5 years of experience in performance management, benchmarking or related roles.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

 Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.

 Knowledge about Power BI or Similar tools
