About The Job
The Performance Management Analyst is responsible for benchmarking, developing performance matrices, managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs). This role requires a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with a strong focus on enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Job Responsibilities & Duties:
Benchmarking:
Conduct benchmarking studies to compare organizational performance against industry standards and best practices.
Analyze benchmarking data to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
Monitor industry trends and developments to ensure the organization remains competitive.
Performance Matrices:
Develop and maintain performance matrices (financial and nonfinancial) to measure and evaluate organizational performance.
Analyze performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization.
Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.
Service Level Agreement (SLA):
Manage the development, implementation, and monitoring of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure SLAs are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
Monitor SLA performance and provide feedback to relevant teams for improvement.
Operational Level Agreement (OLA):
Manage the development, implementation, and monitoring of Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) within the organization.
Ensure OLAs support the achievement of SLAs and overall organizational performance.
Monitor OLA performance and provide feedback to relevant teams for improvement.
Required skills and qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in performance management, benchmarking or related roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
Knowledge about Power BI or Similar tools
Skills and Competencies:
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Additional Requirements:
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in Arabic and English.
Require visits to MNT Halan Companies/Branches
