About The Job

The Operational Excellence Specialist supports continuous improvement efforts, assists in documenting and refining business processes, and helps maintain quality control standards within the operations department. This role suits a detail-oriented professional who contributes to operational efficiency through hands-on coordination and process support.

Job Responsibilities & Duties:

Continuous Improvement

• Assist in identifying opportunities for operational enhancements.

• Support the implementation of improvement initiatives and track progress.

• Participate in process reviews to ensure adherence to established standards.

Business Process Support

• Help document and update business processes to improve clarity and consistency.

• Coordinate with teams to support process changes and ensure smooth implementation.

• Maintain records of process updates and ensure alignment with operational goals.

Quality Control

• Support the application of quality control procedures across operational activities.

• Monitor basic performance indicators to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Assist in identifying and reporting quality issues and support corrective actions.

Required skills and qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

 2–3 years of experience in process support, quality control, or operational improvement roles.

 Good analytical and organizational skills.

 Clear and professional communication abilities.

 Familiarity with Six Sigma, TQM, or Lean methodologies is a plus.

Skills and Competencies:

 Accuracy and attention to detail.

 Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.

 Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

 Professional communication in Arabic and English.

Additional Requirements:

 May require occasional visits to MNT Halan Companies/Branches.

 Experience in fast-paced environments is preferred.
