About The Job
The Operational Excellence Analyst is responsible for driving continuous improvement, re-engineering business processes, and ensuring quality control within the operations department. This role requires a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with a strong focus on enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
Job Responsibilities & Duties:
Continuous Improvement :
Identify opportunities for process improvements and develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives and monitor their effectiveness.
Conduct regular process audits to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
Business Process Re-engineering:
Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for re-engineering to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to redesign processes and implement changes.
Develop and document new processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Quality Control:
Establish and maintain quality control standards for operational activities.
Monitor and analyze performance data to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Develop and implement corrective actions to address any quality issues and prevent recurrence.
Required skills and qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in continuous improvement, business process re-engineering, or quality control roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in process documentation and data analysis.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
Knowledge about SIX Sigma, TQM, Lean Methodologies.
Skills and Competencies:
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Additional Requirements:
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in Arabic and English.
