About The Job

The Operational Excellence Analyst is responsible for driving continuous improvement, re-engineering business processes, and ensuring quality control within the operations department. This role requires a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with a strong focus on enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.


Job Responsibilities & Duties:

Continuous Improvement :

 Identify opportunities for process improvements and develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

 Implement continuous improvement initiatives and monitor their effectiveness.

 Conduct regular process audits to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.

Business Process Re-engineering:

 Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for re-engineering to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to redesign processes and implement changes.

 Develop and document new processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Quality Control:

 Establish and maintain quality control standards for operational activities.

 Monitor and analyze performance data to ensure compliance with quality standards.

 Develop and implement corrective actions to address any quality issues and prevent recurrence.


Required skills and qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

 Minimum 4-5 years of experience in continuous improvement, business process re-engineering, or quality control roles.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

 Experience in process documentation and data analysis.

 Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.

 Knowledge about SIX Sigma, TQM, Lean Methodologies.

 Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

 Attention to detail and accuracy.

 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

 Strong organizational and time management skills.

 Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Additional Requirements:

 Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

 Fluency in Arabic and English.

 Require visits to MNT Halan Companies/Branches
