About the Role:

We are hiring a Business Operations Associate to join our dynamic team at NxtWave .

This role requires a hyper-active, detail-oriented, and reliable individual who can handle multiple responsibilities efficiently, including day-to-day operational activities, payment coordination, and inter-departmental support.

We are looking for the candidate who are ready to work from our Hyderabad office and are looking for a long-term career opportunity with NxtWave.

Key Responsibilities

• :Manage and execute daily operational activitie s across different teams
• .Handle payments, invoices, and coordinatio n with internal and external stakeholders
• .Maintain and update reports, data sheets, and document s
• .Support smooth workflow coordinatio n between multiple departments
• .Assist in vendor management, follow-ups, and communicatio n
• .Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion
• .Identify and implement process improvement s to increase efficiency

Required Skills & Qualification

• s:Bachelor’s degree in any disciplin
• e.0–2 years of experience in business operations, coordination, or administrative role
