Our distribution spans over 100 premium retail points, with a growing presence on platforms such as Tata 1mg, FirstCry, Amala Earth, Brown Living, Myntra, Amazon, JioMart, and others.

Led by a passionate, primarily women-led team, Ecotyl champions holistic, eco-conscious delivery of wellness through everyday essentials.

Role: Business Operations Associate

Role Objective

The Business Operations Associate will support day-to-day operational activities across order processing, inventory tracking, marketplace coordination, and internal reporting. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented who enjoys execution, coordination, and learning how a fast-growing wellness brand operates end to end.

Key Responsibilities

1. Order & Sales Support

● Assist in processing B2B and marketplace orders from receipt to dispatch.

● Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.

● Track order statuses and flag delays, shortages, or discrepancies.

2. Inventory & Data Management

● Maintain inventory trackers and update stock movement data regularly.

● Assist in preparing replenishment and dispatch reports.

3. Marketplace & Account Support

● Support operations for platforms such as Amazon, Myntra, Tata 1mg, JioMart, FirstCry, and others.

● Track settlements, claims, and deductions and escalate issues when needed.

4. Reporting & Process Support

● Update daily, weekly, and monthly operational trackers using Excel / Google Sheets.

● Support senior team members with data and execution tasks.

Candidate ProfileEducation

● Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Experience

● 0–2 years of experience in operations, sales support, or backend roles.

● Freshers with strong analytical and coordination skills are welcome.

● Exposure to FMCG, wellness, food, or D2C brands is a plus.

Skills

● Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.

● Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.

● Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

● Clear communication in English & Hindi.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
