The Opportunity

We are hiring a Business Operations Associate to support our leadership team and keep the business running seamlessly behind the scenes.

This is an entry-level role for someone early in their career who is sharp, detail-oriented, and ready to work. You will be hands-on in the day-to-day operations of the firm, owning administrative execution, supporting client workflows, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

This role is high repetition, high responsibility, and high visibility.

What You’ll Do

Keep the Day Going

  • Contribute to a focused, respectful, and high-performing team environment
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination for the IWS leadership tea
  • Support inbox organization and basic correspondence
  • Prepare materials and capture notes for meetings
  • Maintain clean, organized systems and files

Own the details

  • Contribute to a focused, respectful, and high-performing team environmen
  • Enter, update, and audit data in Salesforce and Monda
  • Ensure accuracy across client records and internal system
  • Execute repeatable processes with consistency and precision
  • Engage in managing projects and intimate event execution

Support Client Operations

  • Contribute to a focused, respectful, and high-performing team environment
  • Assist with client communications and follow-ups
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings and deliverables
  • Help ensure a smooth and professional client experience

Leverage Tools and Systems

  • Contribute to a focused, respectful, and high-performing team environment
  • Learn and navigate platforms such as eMoney, Holistaplan, Wealthscape, etc.
  • Work daily in Microsoft Office and Zoom
  • Use AI tools to improve efficiency, speed, and output

Be a Reliable Team Player

  • Learn and navigate platforms such as eMoney, Holistaplan, Wealthscape, etc.
  • Support advisors and leadership as needed
  • Follow direction and proactively flag gaps
  • Contribute to a focused, respectful, and high-performing team environment

What You Bring

  • Support advisors and leadership as needed
  • 0 to 2 years of experience or relevant internships; experience in Financial Services, a plus
  • Education (i.e. degree, certification, etc.) in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field, preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality work
  • Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Clear, professional communication skills
  • Comfort with technology and willingness to learn quickly
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce and/or Monday, a plus)
  • Interest in financial services and business operations

Work Structure and Location

  • Full-time, Hybrid role in Dallas, Texas
  • Travel may be required
  • July 2026 start date

Compensation

We offer a highly competitive compensation and benefits package designed to reward excellence and support your growth. For the right candidate, the base salary ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 annually, aligned with experience and market competitiveness. This role is also eligible for annual merit increases and performance bonuses, creating meaningful upside as you contribute to the firm’s continued success.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
