About the Role

Scaleup Connect is looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Digital Operations Associate for client to join their operations team supporting international business workflows.

This position is designed for high-potential fresh graduates who are comfortable working with digital systems, data, and collaborative tools. The role involves assisting in operational coordination, managing digital workflows, supporting internal teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Support

  • Assist in executing daily digital operations and internal workflow processes
  • Support operational coordination across departments and international stakeholders
  • Maintain organized records, documentation, and operational logs

Data & Reporting

  • Perform data entry, validation, and tracking across internal systems
  • Maintain reports, spreadsheets, and dashboards for operational visibility
  • Assist with compiling operational performance reports

Digital Systems & Tools

  • Operate internal dashboards, digital tools, and operational platforms
  • Assist in CRM updates, data management, and process documentation
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems

AI & Digital Workflow Support

  • Utilize AI-powered tools to support research, documentation, and workflow optimization
  • Assist in implementing automation and AI-assisted productivity tools where applicable
  • Support teams in adopting modern digital tools and process improvements

Communication & Coordination

  • Communicate professionally with international teams via email and collaboration platforms
  • Coordinate operational updates and information flow between departments
  • Escalate operational issues or delays in a timely manner

Process Improvement

  • Identify inefficiencies in operational processes and suggest improvements
  • Support initiatives that improve operational speed, accuracy, and productivity

Tools & Technologies

You will work with a range of modern digital tools including:

Productivity & Collaboration

  • Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail)
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Communication Platforms

  • Slack
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Email communication platforms

Operational Tools

  • CRM systems (preferred but not required)
  • Internal dashboards and reporting tools

AI & Automation Tools

  • AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, AI copilots)
  • Workflow automation platforms
  • AI-assisted documentation and research tools

Education

Minimum qualification:

A-Levels or Bachelor’s Degree in:

  • Computer Science
  • Business Administration
  • Information Technology
  • Engineering
  • Data Analytics / Information Systems
  • Or related fields

Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Experience Level

Entry-Level Position

  • No prior professional experience required
  • Internships, university projects, or freelance work involving digital tools, AI tools, analytics, or operational workflows will be considered an advantage

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: PKR 55,000 – PKR 60,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
