Asst. Manager - Terminal Operations

Role Overview:

The role supports smooth on-ground operations by coordinating routine site activities, maintaining records, supporting reporting requirements, and ensuring timely follow-up on operational and compliance matters.

Reporting / Outputs:

• Support routine operational reporting and record keeping.
• Coordinate site documentation and follow-up on key tasks.
• Provide updates to the reporting manager on ongoing activities.
• Maintain basic compliance and operational records.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate preferred with relevant experience in operations & Supply chain.
• Between 1 – 3 yrs of experience.
• Good coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working with Excel and basic reporting tools.
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Support

• Support day-to-day site operations and ensure routine activities are completed smoothly.
• Maintain operational records and assist with basic documentation.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as required for ongoing activities.

Reporting and Administration

• Prepare and update periodic reports, trackers, and related documentation.
• Ensure information is recorded accurately and shared on time.
• Assist with general administrative support for site activities.

Compliance and Coordination

• Support compliance-related documentation and follow-up on key requirements.
• Help coordinate site services, vendor-related tasks, and other support activities.
• Escalate issues or delays to the reporting manager when needed.

General Support

• Support non-routine tasks and assignments as directed by management.
• Contribute to safe, organized, and efficient working practices at site.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
