Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations and Client Coordination Executive to support the company’s daily operational activities, client dealing and marketing while ensuring effective communication and coordination with clients. The role requires managing operational processes, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure smooth project execution and service delivery.

The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a problem-solving mindset to handle operational challenges and client requirements efficiently.

Location: Onsite
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: Night Shift (Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
Salary: PKR 70,000 to 90,000/month
Work Location: II Chundrigar Road, Near Tower (Karachi)

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for marketing activities.
  • Support the creation and management of marketing content for social media and digital platforms.
  • Monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare reports.
  • Conduct basic market research to identify new opportunities.

Operations Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Coordinate with different departments to maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Maintain records, reports, and operational documentation.
  • Track project progress and ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
  • Identify operational challenges and assist in resolving them.

Client Coordination

  • Serve as a point of contact between clients and internal teams.
  • Coordinate with clients regarding project requirements, updates, and deliverables.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
  • Follow up on client feedback, approvals, and project timelines.
  • Ensure timely communication and resolution of client concerns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, operations, or client coordination.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Speaking English
