ERP Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy Execution & Support

  • Facilitate in developing and implementing marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Execute approved marketing strategies under the guidance of senior management.
  • Support the Marketing Head/Management in planning quarterly and annual campaigns.

Campaign Management

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, SEO/SEM, and offline).
  • Monitor campaign performance and suggest optimization strategies.
  • Coordinate with vendors, designers, and agencies to ensure timely delivery.

Digital Marketing & Online Presence

  • Manage and optimize social media platforms to increase engagement and brand visibility.
  • Oversee website updates, blog publishing, and content uploads.
  • Run and monitor paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta).
  • Track analytics and prepare performance reports.

Content Development & Branding

  • Develop marketing content including brochures, presentations, case studies, email campaigns, and website content.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
  • Assist in preparing company profiles, proposals, and marketing collaterals.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target markets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
  • Provide insights to improve positioning and messaging.

Sales & CRM Coordination

  • Coordinate with the sales team to support lead generation and nurturing activities.
  • Maintain CRM records and marketing databases.
  • Assist in developing marketing materials that support sales pitches and proposals.

Events & Promotional Activities

  • Support planning and execution of exhibitions, trade shows, corporate events, and seminars.
  • Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Track event ROI and prepare summary reports.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

  • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
  • Analyze KPIs including lead generation, engagement rates, conversion metrics, and ROI.
  • Support budgeting and expense tracking.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong execution and coordination skills.
  • Good analytical ability to interpret marketing data.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing, preferably in ERP, IT, fintech, or professional services.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Basic graphic design knowledge (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva) is a plus.
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing (HEC-recognized institution).
  • 4–5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in ERP, IT, fintech, or service-based industries.
  • Experience supporting structured marketing campaigns and business development efforts.
