Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Business & Operations Consultant to support the growth and operational excellence of a Luxury Fashion House. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing business processes, driving operational efficiency, managing cross-functional projects, and supporting leadership in achieving commercial and organizational objectives while maintaining the brand's luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and improve business operations, workflows, and organizational processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare management reports.
  • Collaborate with departments including Retail, E-commerce, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance.
  • Support inventory planning, demand forecasting, and stock management initiatives.
  • Coordinate and oversee business projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business performance evaluations.
  • Identify operational risks and recommend corrective actions.
  • Assist senior management in strategic planning, budgeting, and business expansion initiatives.
  • Ensure operational practices align with brand standards and customer experience expectations.
  • Prepare presentations, business proposals, and executive reports for stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Fashion Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in business consulting, operations management, retail operations, or luxury fashion industry.
  • Strong understanding of retail business models, supply chain operations, and luxury customer experience.
  • Proven experience in process improvement and project management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with luxury fashion, premium retail, or lifestyle brands.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, inventory management software, and business intelligence tools.
  • MBA or relevant professional certifications are advantageous.
  • Experience managing multi-location retail operations is a plus.
