Job Description
The Business Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating internal teams, managing office operations, and supporting business execution activities. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, effective communication between departments, and coordination of business-related travel, meetings, and on-ground activities. The position acts as a key operational link between management, teams, trainers, clients, and partners.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables
- Monitor daily activities and follow up on assigned responsibilities
- Act as a communication bridge between management and team members
- Support scheduling of meetings, trainings, and project activities
- Ensure smooth collaboration across departments
Office Operations & System Work
- Handle day-to-day office operational activities
- Maintain internal records, reports, attendance, and documentation
- Manage official communications through email and internal systems
- Support onboarding and coordination of trainers, interns, and staff
- Ensure internal processes and SOPs are followed consistently
Business Coordination & Travel
- Travel for business purposes such as client meetings, college tie-ups, training programs, and project coordination
- Support on-site execution of workshops, seminars, and training programs
- Coordinate logistics, schedules, and communication during business visits
- Represent the organization professionally during external interactions
Communication & Reporting
- Prepare and share daily/weekly status reports with management
- Document meeting discussions and action points
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and partners for operational requirements
- Escalate operational challenges to management with proposed solutions
Management Support
- Assist management in executing operational and business plans
- Ensure confidentiality of company data, processes, and business information
- Perform additional operational duties as assigned by management

- Basic knowledge of office tools and reporting systems
