Business Operations Intern (HR | Marketing | Sales | Operations | Tech)

Internship Objective

To provide hands-on exposure across core business functions—Human Resources, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Technology—by supporting day-to-day activities, documentation, research, coordination, and process improvement initiatives, while building strong professional and operational foundations.

Key Responsibilities (Department-wise Exposure)

Human Resources (HR)

  • Support HR operations across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, documentation, engagement)
  • Assist in updating HR trackers, records, and internal databases
  • Help draft and organize HR documents such as JDs, SOPs, policies, and training materials
  • Assist in basic coordination for interviews, inductions, and internal communications

Marketing

  • Assist in content coordination for social media, email campaigns, and marketing collateral
  • Support market and competitor research activities
  • Help organize campaign data, leads, and engagement reports
  • Coordinate with sales and operations for campaign alignment

Sales

  • Support lead research, client database updates, and CRM management (Bitrix24)
  • Assist in client outreach, follow-ups, and feedback collection under supervision
  • Participate in sales brainstorming sessions and idea generation
  • Help document sales processes and contribute to the Sales Playbook

Operations

  • Assist in documenting workflows, SOPs, and internal processes
  • Support coordination between departments to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Maintain trackers, schedules, and task updates
  • Help identify process gaps and improvement opportunities

Technology / Systems Support

  • Assist in maintaining data accuracy across digital tools and platforms
  • Support CRM hygiene, tagging, and system updates
  • Help test tools, templates, or internal systems (no coding required)
  • Coordinate with internal teams on basic tech-related requests or documentation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong communication, research, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using digital tools (Google Workspace, CRM, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn

Internship Details

  • Job Type: Internship
  • Duration: 2 months
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Compensation: Unpaid (learning-focused internship)
  • Location: Dubai
  • Work Mode: Remote (with alignment to working hours)
