Role Overview

We're looking for a hands-on Business Operations Manager to build fast automations, improve funnel performance, and remove operational friction across Marketing, Product, and Operations. This is ideal for someone who loves experimenting, wiring tools together, and proving impact with data.

What You'll Do

  • Build & maintain automations across our stack (e.g., Airtable, Softr, Drive, WhatsApp, etc) using no-code/low-code tools (Zapier/Make, webhooks, API connections and basic scripts).
  • LLM & AI enablement:prototype prompts/assistants, connect LLMs to internal data for lead qualification, script generation, sales enablement, and ops workflows.
  • Funnel diagnostics & lift:map end-to-end funnels (lead → MQL → SQL → deal → post-sale), find drop-offs, and run experiments to lift conversion and reduce time-to-first-response.
  • Data hygiene & reporting:ensure fields, statuses, and hand-offs are clean; build simple dashboards that show conversion, velocity, and SLA compliance.
  • Cross-functional execution:coordinate with Marketing (traffic & creatives), Product (tracking & tooling), and Operations/Sales (playbooks & SLAs) to ship changes quickly.
  • Documentation & enablement:Create clear SOPs, how-tos, and training materials for seamless team adoption
  • Experiment with AI/LLMs:Prototype use cases for lead qualification, sales enablement, and workflow automation (nice to have, not required)
  • Project ownership:Lead strategic initiatives from planning through execution, including partnerships and process improvements

You'll Succeed If You Have

  • 2–4 yearsin growth, RevOps, marketing ops, product ops, or automation-heavy roles.
  • Strongno-code/automationskills (Zapier/Make, Airtable/Sheets, webhooks); comfort stitching APIs together.
  • Analytics basics:GA4/attribution concepts, funnel math, cohort views; can build sanity-check dashboards (Airtable/Sheets/Looker Studio/Amplitude).
  • Data & scripting:advanced spreadsheets, andbasicSQL or Python preferred.
  • CRM experience:Salesforce/HubSpot/Airtable/Pipedrive (any mix is fine).
  • LLM familiarity:prompt design; bonus for experience with OpenAI/Gemini APIs and retrieval basics.
  • High ownership, bias to action, clear written communication, and comfort working with ambiguity.
  • Nice to have:Experience inreal estate, fintech, or marketplaces.
