- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and cost efficiency
- Monitor vendor performance and compliance.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage vendors (venues, decorators, AV, logistics, catering, security, etc.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the travel lifecycle
- Handle escalations, complaints, and service recovery
- Implement service standards and quality assurance processes
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability
- Conduct post-event evaluations and reporting
- Lead and manage operations managers, travel consultants, and support staff
- Set performance goals, conduct training, and improve team productivity
- Ensure coordination between sales, reservations, finance, and clients services teams
- Ensure compliance with travel regulations, visa requirements, insurance, and company policies
- Manage risk assessments, emergency handling, and crisis management for travelers
- Develop and implement SOPs for travel operations
- Improve operational efficiency through automation and travel technology tools (CRM, GDS, booking platforms)
- Ensure data accuracy and reporting.
- Prepare and manage operational budgets

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- 8–10 years of experience in travel operations, with at least 4–6 years in a leadership role
- Experience in Mice Company, corporate travel, or inbound/outbound tour operations
