Travel Operations<ul><li>Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements (hotels, transport, sightseeing, flights support).</li><li>Prepare detailed itineraries, vouchers, and travel documents.</li><li>Liaise with hotels, transporters, guides, and vendors for confirmations and rates.</li><li>Ensure timely execution of bookings and services.</li><li>Handle last-minute changes and resolve operational issues.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of bookings, confirmations, and operational files.</li><li>Prepare post-tour / post-event reports.</li><li>Update internal systems with operational details.</li><li>Client &amp; Internal Coordination</li><li>Act as a point of contact between sales, vendors, and clients.</li><li>Respond to client queries and ensure service satisfaction.</li><li>Maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships.</li><li>Coordinate with finance team for billing, invoices, and payment follow-ups.</li><li>MICE Operations</li><li>Support planning and execution of MICE events (meetings, conferences, incentive tours, exhibitions).</li><li>Coordinate with venues, hotels, AV vendors, event partners, and transport teams.</li><li>Assist in rooming lists, movement plans, event schedules, and on-ground logistics.</li><li>Ensure smooth group arrivals, departures, and event flow.</li><li>Provide on-site or remote operational support during event</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Travel &amp; Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>8&ndash;15 years of experience in travel operations, with at least 4&ndash;6 years in a leadership role</li><li>Experience in leisure travel, corporate travel, or inbound/outbound tour operations</li></ul>Job Type: PermanentPay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: On the road

<ul><li>Manage relationships with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and our clients</li><li>Monitor costs, margins, and profitability of travel products</li><li>Negotiate rates to ensure competitive pricing and service quality</li><li>Monitor vendor performance and SLA compliance</li><li>This role ensures smooth end-to-end event delivery, efficient team management, vendor coordination, budget control, and adherence to timelines and quality standards. the role in turning creative concepts into successful, on-ground executions.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and cost efficiency</li><li>Monitor vendor performance and compliance.</li><li>Identify, negotiate, and manage vendors (venues, decorators, AV, logistics, catering, security, etc.</li><li>Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the travel lifecycle</li><li>Handle escalations, complaints, and service recovery</li><li>Implement service standards and quality assurance processes</li><li>Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs)</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability</li><li>Conduct post-event evaluations and reporting</li><li>Lead and manage operations managers, travel consultants, and support staff</li><li>Set performance goals, conduct training, and improve team productivity</li><li>Ensure coordination between sales, reservations, finance, and clients services teams</li><li>Ensure compliance with travel regulations, visa requirements, insurance, and company policies</li><li>Manage risk assessments, emergency handling, and crisis management for travelers</li><li>Develop and implement SOPs for travel operations</li><li>Improve operational efficiency through automation and travel technology tools (CRM, GDS, booking platforms)</li><li>Ensure data accuracy and reporting.</li><li>Prepare and manage operational budgets</li><li>Monitor costs, margins, and profitability of travel products</li><li>Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality</li><li>Strong leadership and decision-making abilities</li><li>Excellent knowledge of travel operations and destinations</li><li>Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management skills</li><li>Customer-centric mindset</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure</li><li>Strong analytical and financial acumen</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Travel &amp; Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>8&ndash;10 years of experience in travel operations, with at least 4&ndash;6 years in a leadership role</li><li>Experience in Mice Company, corporate travel, or inbound/outbound tour operations</li></ul>Work Conditions<ul><li>Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays</li><li>Occasional travel for vendor meetings and client events</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
