Core Telesales Responsibilities<ul><li>Make outbound sales calls to prospective or existing customers to promote products or services.</li><li>Handle inbound sales inquiries, providing product information and converting leads into sales.</li><li>Follow scripted sales pitches while still adapting communication to customer needs.</li><li>Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.</li><li>Meet or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and daily call quotas.</li><li>Build and maintain customer relationships through follow-up calls and excellent service.</li><li>Update customer records and enter order details into CRM or sales software.</li><li>Qualify leads and assess buying potential before transferring or closing.</li><li>Handle objections effectively and professionally during calls.</li><li>Upsell and cross-sell relevant products or services when appropriate.</li><li>Process sales orders accurately and ensure timely communication with other departments.</li><li>Provide feedback to management on customer trends, challenges, or opportunities.</li><li>Stay informed about product features, pricing, promotions, and competitor offerings.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;18,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
