Travel Operations
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements (hotels, transport, sightseeing, flights support).
- Prepare detailed itineraries, vouchers, and travel documents.
- Liaise with hotels, transporters, guides, and vendors for confirmations and rates.
- Ensure timely execution of bookings and services.
- Handle last-minute changes and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, confirmations, and operational files.
- Prepare post-tour / post-event reports.
- Update internal systems with operational details.
- Client & Internal Coordination
- Act as a point of contact between sales, vendors, and clients.
- Respond to client queries and ensure service satisfaction.
- Maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships.
- Coordinate with finance team for billing, invoices, and payment follow-ups.
- MICE Operations
- Support planning and execution of MICE events (meetings, conferences, incentive tours, exhibitions).
- Coordinate with venues, hotels, AV vendors, event partners, and transport teams.
- Assist in rooming lists, movement plans, event schedules, and on-ground logistics.
- Ensure smooth group arrivals, departures, and event flow.
- Provide on-site or remote operational support during event
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- 8–15 years of experience in travel operations, with at least 4–6 years in a leadership role
- Experience in leisure travel, corporate travel, or inbound/outbound tour operations
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
