Business Operations Manager

We are building a tech-driven restaurant ordering platform targeting India & UK markets. As our Business Operations Manager, you will run the day-to-day operations, ensuring cross-team alignment, KPI tracking, and smooth execution of tasks across Product, Growth, and Support teams.

Role Summary

We are looking for a sharp ops leader to keep everything running smoothly with an ability to scale operations. As Graun's Business Operations Manager, you will report directly to the Founder/CEO and run the day-to-day operations. You'll ensure cross-team alignment, track KPIs, drive smooth execution across Product, Growth, and Support teams, and build the operational foundation for our scaling ambitions in India and the UK.

Core Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end business operations: process design, execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement
• Drive alignment and collaboration between Product, Growth, Support, and other teams
• Track and report key KPIs / metrics; deliver data-driven insights to leadership
• Manage budgets, vendors, partners, contracts, and compliance (India & UK regulations)
• Build scalable SOPs, workflows, tools, and systems to support rapid growth
• Proactively identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, risks, and inefficiencies
• Support strategic initiatives, market expansion (India & UK), and fundraising prep

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree or (MBA preferred) in Business, Operations, or related field
• 4+ years in business/operations management (tech startup or foodtech or Logistics technology experience )
• Strong analytical skills (Excel & Office 365 tools mastery)
• Excellent communication, problem-solving & thrive in ambiguity
• Fluency in English & Hindi )

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹56,000.00 per month
