Business Operations Manager (Female)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Operations Manager (Female) for our corporate office in Dubai who will be responsible for overseeing and integrating administrative, logistics, and manufacturing operations within the fragrance production environment. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, compliance with regulatory requirements, cost control, efficient supply chain management and coordination across departments to support production targets and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily manufacturing operations to ensure timely production of fragrances in line with quality and safety standards
• Work closely with Production, QC, and R&D teams to ensure process efficiency and adherence to SOPs
• Monitor production schedules, capacity planning, and resource utilization
• Identify operational gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Oversee administrative functions including office management, documentation, contracts, and facility management
• Ensure compliance with local authorities, free zone regulations, labor laws and industry standards
• Maintain and update company policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Optimize logistics costs while maintaining service quality
• Support procurement activities including supplier evaluation, negotiations and cost control
• Ensure timely availability of raw materials, packaging, and consumables for production
• Maintain strong relationships with key vendors and service providers
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure productivity and discipline
• Coordinate cross-functional communication between departments
• Track KPIs and provide recommendations to management for operational improvements
• Support management in strategic planning and expansion activities

Requirements

• Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in an operational or managerial role for manufacturing industry
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• Prior experience in fragrance, cosmetics, FMCG or chemical manufacturing is an advantage
• Knowledge of logistics, supply chain and inventory management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Leadership and decision-making skills
• UAE Valid Driving license is a must

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

• Operations (Manufacturing Industry): 6 years (Preferred)
