Business & Operations Manager (Female)

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Business & Operations Manager (Female) to take the lead on our Amazon Seller Central account. You will act as the "Chief Operating Officer" of the brand, managing the moving parts of the business to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability. This is a high-responsibility role perfect for a leader who loves turning chaos into organized systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Strategy: Develop and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for all business departments, including inventory, customer service, and product launches.
• Supply Chain & Logistics: Manage relationships with manufacturers and freight forwarders. Oversee FBA inbound shipments and monitor inventory health to avoid OOS (Out of Stock) scenarios.
• Financial Oversight: Monitor the P&L (Profit & Loss). Track Amazon fees, manufacturing costs, and advertising spend to protect and grow our net margins.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor our small team of Virtual Assistants and freelancers, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Account Safety: Act as the primary guardian of our Amazon Account Health, ensuring 100% compliance with Amazon TOS.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
