Business Operations Manager (FinTech)

Role Summary

The Business Operations Manager will serve as the execution and alignment engine — translating strategic priorities into clear plans, driving cross-functional execution, and ensuring seamless communication across teams to support Company’s mission to simplify business expense management through technology and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate leadership priorities into actionable plans with clear owners, timelines, and KPIs.
• Drive operational coordination and support the COO in day-to-day excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery of key initiatives.
• Build dashboards and reports to track performance and business metrics.
• Prepare financial forecasts, business plans, and investor materials.
• Standardize internal processes for reporting and accountability.
• Support leadership in preparing investor updates and strategic communications.
• Own special projects as assigned by the COO.

Experience:

• 5–8 years in consulting, strategy, operations, or business analysis.
• Prior FinTech, SaaS, or banking experience preferred.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting tools.
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects and streamline operations.

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, CFA) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs275,000.00 per month
