Role Summary
The Business Operations Manager will serve as the execution and alignment engine — translating strategic priorities into clear plans, driving cross-functional execution, and ensuring seamless communication across teams to support Company’s mission to simplify business expense management through technology and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate leadership priorities into actionable plans with clear owners, timelines, and KPIs.
- Drive operational coordination and support the COO in day-to-day excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery of key initiatives.
- Build dashboards and reports to track performance and business metrics.
- Prepare financial forecasts, business plans, and investor materials.
- Standardize internal processes for reporting and accountability.
- Support leadership in preparing investor updates and strategic communications.
- Own special projects as assigned by the COO.
Experience:
- 5–8 years in consulting, strategy, operations, or business analysis.
- Prior FinTech, SaaS, or banking experience preferred.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects and streamline operations.

Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, CFA) is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs275,000.00 per month
