Role: Operations & Process Analyst (Up to 5 years exp.)
The Mission: Act as the operational architect for a rapidly expanding firm. You will bridge the gap between a massive customer pipeline and the scalable processes needed to serve them.
Role Requirements
- Seeking candidates who can develop processes and structure while being creative and adaptable.
- Role involves establishing systems for back-office operations, requiring both detail orientation and creativity.
Key Priorities:
- Audit & Optimize: Find the friction in current workflows and fix it.
- Build Systems: Design and document scalable playbooks from the ground up.
- Own Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end process for new customer setups.
- Collaborate: Work directly with leadership to turn creative ideas into operational reality.
Desired:
- Looking for candidates with a background in operations research, process improvement, or detail-oriented roles like banking or consulting.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
