Business Operations Specialist

Support the day-to-day operations of commercial activities, including updating conversion reports, managing validations, and processing redemption and cashback requests.

Support URL tracking, conversion reporting, and integration processes with clients and third-party systems.

Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to the optimization of operational workflows.

Collect, clean, and analyze data to support decision-making and track key performance indicators.

Assist in preparing and presenting data-driven reports to stakeholders, using tools such as Excel and basic data visualization methods.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and finance, to support overall business objectives.

Act as the primary contact for partners, handling escalations and critical cases when necessary.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in commercial operations, business analysis, or a similar role.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reporting) and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio).

Solid understanding of tracking, reporting, and validation processes.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage partner interactions.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and handle escalations with professionalism.

Knowledge of basic integration processes and working with third-party platforms is a plus.
