Working at the intersection of strategy and execution, you will translate complex requirements into action, coordinate across internal and external partners, and ensure initiatives move efficiently from planning through delivery.

Your Responsibilities

Group Implementation and Lifecycle Management

  • Assist with end-to-end group implementations, including onboarding, benefit configuration, member portal setup, and readiness activities for new, renewing, and expanding groups.

  • Translate complex product requirements, system rules, and operational workflows into clear, actionable guidance for teams and partners.

  • Manage steady-state group and channel partner success by thoroughly vetting issues, inquiries, and enhancement requests; conducting necessary research; and driving solutions through to full execution.

  • Identify risks, defects, or gaps in the group implementation lifecycle, escalate them appropriately, and coordinate resolution plans across impacted teams.

Cross Functional Operations and Communication

  • Serve as the operational subject matter expert across marketing, product, and technology, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and timely execution across all teams.

  • Act as an internal and external liaison to ensure information flows accurately and decisions are well-informed.

  • Champion a utilitarian-mindset, model strong cross-functional collaboration, and contribute to best practices and knowledge-sharing across the organization.

Partner, Vendor, and Channel Support

  • Coordinate with vendors, channel partners, and internal technology teams to ensure accurate delivery of forms, data files, requirements, and system updates.

  • Monitor and triage incoming requests from groups and partners to consistently meet service level expectations.

  • Provide operational input and support for channel partner initiatives, go to market efforts, group planning, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).

Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement

  • Recommend and implement process improvements, workflow efficiencies, and automation opportunities to enhance scalability and operational excellence.

  • Contribute to operational standards, documentation, and repeatable best practices that improve execution consistency.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience (including work experience, education, transferable skills, and military experience).
