We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Specialist to provide comprehensive administrative and operational assistance across business units. The role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective coordination, and timely completion of business activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to business units and management.
- Coordinate internal processes, meetings, and cross-functional communications.
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documentation.
- Maintain, update, and monitor records, databases, and tracking systems to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with budgeting activities, invoice tracking, expense monitoring, and basic financial reporting.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless coordination.
- Track deadlines and follow up to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Support project coordination activities, including documentation and status tracking.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in administration, operations, or business support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of discretion in handling confidential information.
- Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills.
