Duties

• Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Salesforce to provide actionable insights for leadership and teams.
• Analyze complex data sets with SQL and data analysis skills to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, enhance business processes, and implement best practices using Visio for process mapping.
• Support forecasting efforts by analyzing sales data and market trends to inform strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Utilize business intelligence tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular performance reports.
• Lead projects focused on process optimization, efficiency improvements, and automation initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Assist in business analysis activities by gathering requirements, documenting workflows, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Proven experience with data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and Salesforce.
• Strong business analysis skills with the ability to interpret data trends and translate them into strategic insights.
• Excellent analysis skills combined with a solid understanding of analytics methodologies and business intelligence concepts.
• Proficiency in process mapping software like Visio to visualize workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
• Demonstrated project management experience with a focus on process improvement initiatives.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and present complex information clearly.
• Knowledge of sales processes, forecasting techniques, and business operations is highly desirable.
