Business Partner Procurement

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

The primary purpose of the Business Support Procurement Partner (PR Creator) is to:

  • Facilitate Procurement Processes : Ensure that procurement activities are conducted efficiently and in compliance with organizational policies.
  • Enhance Supplier Relationships : Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure the best terms and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Support Business Objectives : Align procurement strategies with overall business goals to support operational needs and cost optimization


Procurement Planning and Development

  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs and develop comprehensive procurement plans.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and assess their capabilities.

Purchase Requisition (PR) Creation

  • Create and manage purchase requisitions (PRs) to ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
  • Verify that PRs are accurate, complete, and comply with organizational standards.
  • Supplier Management
  • Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to achieve the best value for the organization.

Cost Optimization

  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement strategies to reduce procurement expenses.
  • Monitor and analyze procurement expenditures to ensure budget adherence.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with procurement processes.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and generate reports for management review.
  • Use data-driven insights to improve procurement strategies and decision-making.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide procurement support.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment in procurement activities.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English languages
  • Experienced with SAP S4Hana
  • Experienced with IT-specific procurement including software licenses, managed services, cloud solutions, and hardware.
  • Experience in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing SOWs
  • Proven ability in procurement planning, reporting, and analytics
