Motor Vehicle Division’s (MVD) mission is to identify and promote efficient, cost-effective programs that benefit the interests, safety, and well-being of Montana citizens. This occurs through licensing, registering, and regulating the motoring activities of the public. MVD is a critical statewide division responsible to the citizens of Montana. Job Overview:

The Business Partner Specialist is responsible for developing and monitoring program goals and objectives; conducts strategic planning; develops and monitors program policies and procedures. This position is responsible working with and providing policies and procedures to outside agencies.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field.

  • Two years of experience managing projects.

  • Other combinations of education or experience may be substituted.
