Business Performance Analyst – Contracts & Procurement

Middle East | Oil & Gas Sector

Reporting To: C&P Lead – Systems, Planning & Reporting

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize C&P digital tools, SAP MM/BW, and dashboards for management and shareholder reporting.
• Conduct supplier financial health analysis and market intelligence.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and digitalization initiatives.
• Coordinate audits, compliance monitoring, and internal control execution.
• Support policies, training, and stakeholder engagement across Finance and Procurement teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, or related field.
• 6+ years in Oil & Gas with procurement/analytics exposure.
• Strong SAP MM, BW reporting, Excel, and digital automation skills.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; fluent in English.
