Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain C&P digital tools, dashboards, and SAP MM functionalities, ensuring alignment with Company policies and operational needs.

• Lead system upgrades, requirement gathering, testing, deployment, and integration of SAP changes across modules and related applications.

• Coordinate internal and external audits, ensure timely documentation, monitor compliance, and implement corrective actions.

• Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, automation, digitalization, and data‑driven insights.

• Conduct market intelligence, supplier financial health assessments, and provide regular monitoring and reporting.

• Develop, update, and communicate C&P policies and procedures, ensuring organization‑wide understanding and adherence.

• Collaborate with Finance, DBS, and cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth P2P operations, tool integration, and user support.

• Maintain knowledge management practices, deliver training on C&P tools, and ensure compliance with Company Code of Ethics and HSE requirements.

Profile

• BSc Degree in Science or Commercial field or its equivalent

• Minimum 6 years post-graduate experience in his/her field and the O&G industry, or its equivalent.

• Lean six sigma green belt or equivalent.

• Very good verbal and written communication and planning/organizing/coordinating.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and BW reporting, and digital automation tools

• Proficiency in oral and written English

• Proficiency in communication skills

• C&P competencies

• Advanced level in SAP & BW reporting, Dashboard development
