Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and maintain C&P digital tools, dashboards, and SAP MM functionalities, ensuring alignment with Company policies and operational needs.
Lead system upgrades, requirement gathering, testing, deployment, and integration of SAP changes across modules and related applications.
Coordinate internal and external audits, ensure timely documentation, monitor compliance, and implement corrective actions.
Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, automation, digitalization, and data‑driven insights.
Conduct market intelligence, supplier financial health assessments, and provide regular monitoring and reporting.
Develop, update, and communicate C&P policies and procedures, ensuring organization‑wide understanding and adherence.
Collaborate with Finance, DBS, and cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth P2P operations, tool integration, and user support.
Maintain knowledge management practices, deliver training on C&P tools, and ensure compliance with Company Code of Ethics and HSE requirements.
Profile
BSc Degree in Science or Commercial field or its equivalent
Minimum 6 years post-graduate experience in his/her field and the O&G industry, or its equivalent.
Lean six sigma green belt or equivalent.
Very good verbal and written communication and planning/organizing/coordinating.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and BW reporting, and digital automation tools
Proficiency in oral and written English
Proficiency in communication skills
C&P competencies
Advanced level in SAP & BW reporting, Dashboard development
