Job Description

We are seeking an experienced EB-2 NIW Business Plan Writer to prepare USCIS-compliant, petition-ready business plans for National Interest Waiver (NIW) cases. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, excellent written communication, and experience translating business ideas into structured, compelling plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and structure EB-2 NIW business plans tailored to individual petitioner profiles
• Align plans with USCIS expectations and NIW legal criteria
• Conduct market, industry, and competitive analysis relevant to national interest
• Collaborate with legal and case management teams to ensure consistency across petitions
• Revise plans based on attorney or reviewer feedback

Requirements

• Proven experience writing business plans
• Excellent English writing and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in business consulting, economics, finance, or public policy

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
