About the team

As a Leader of Business Planning / Operations, Program Management and Purchasing, you are expected to have prior experience Automotive industry / eco system and willing to explore new roles / functions in evolving digital business.

What you can look forward to as Business Planning and Purchase for Digital Solutions:

• Define and execute SCALAR India strategy
• Manage strategic alliance & M&A’s
• Manage relationships with external key strategic global technology partners and next generation mobility customers
• Own the OP (Operating Plan) & SP (Strategic Plan) processes and numbers
• Drive the forecasting / planning across the organization

Your Profile as Business Planning and Purchase for Digital Solutions:

• Owning and mastering complete program / product / service life-cycle
• 12+ years (for Bachelor’s 15 years +) of experience in Automotive industry in various roles related to the position
• Manages (plan, track, steer) all necessary actions to ensure flawless execution of development or related cost reduction projects.
• Lead Sourcing & Purchasing for the development of Connectivity devices, establishing Electronics manufacturing services (EMS), software/Firmware development, merchandise products, telecom & cloud solutions
• Track record of working with Global teams & cross-functional teams to build successful products.
