Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Presentation Designer to join our pre-sales team and play a key role in elevating Zalaris’ visual communication. In this role, you will apply your expertise in visual storytelling, structural clarity, and executive-ready design to strengthen our company’s brand and support strategic sales activities.
You will collaborate closely with sales leaders, solution experts, and stakeholders across Europe and other regions. The ideal candidate is independent, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, excellence-driven environment with shifting priorities and urgent demands—especially during RFP and proposal cycles. We are also looking for someone who is curious about new ways of working, actively explores how to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and creativity, and enjoys staying current with evolving technologies.

Your Responsibilities
- Create high-quality pitch decks, RFP responses, tender documents, roadshow presentations, guidebooks, reports, and other sales and marketing materials.
- Transform drafts, complex content, and technical information into structured, visually compelling presentations tailored to specific audiences.
- Enhance, redesign, and standardize large decks for clarity, narrative flow, strong visual hierarchy, and brand consistency.
- Develop visually engaging slides using images, vector graphics, infographics, data-driven charts, illustrations, and basic animations.
- Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and visual standards while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide fast, high-quality support for last-minute edits, formatting, and urgent updates during peak sales and proposal periods.
- Manage multiple international projects simultaneously, working effectively with European teams and adapting to different time zones.
- Continuously explore new tools, including AI-driven solutions, to improve workflows, enhance quality, and streamline document creation processes.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of design processes, templates, and best practices.
Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with strong skills in Word and Adobe InDesign.
- Solid to Expert-Level working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
- Ability to create and edit vector elements, charts, diagrams, and infographics.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and brand visual systems.
- Interest in AI-based productivity and design tools is a strong advantage.
Professional Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in presentation design, business graphics, or proposal design within international, high-performance environments. We will also accept applications for 10+ years of experience for a Senior Business Presentation Designer.
- Native or near-native English skills.
- Experience supporting global, particularly European, Sales, Pre-Sales, RFP, or Proposal teams is highly valued.

- Ability to work independently with a high degree of reliability and ownership.
- Comfortable operating under pressure, managing daily deadlines, and responding to last-minute changes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to understand, refine, and visually translate complex ideas.
- Flexible and adaptive mindset, especially during periods of high workload or tight timelines.
- Proactive, collaborative, customer-focused, and eager to experiment with new tools and methods, including AI, to enhance work quality.
