Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Operations Analyst to join our team and work directly with senior leadership to map, document, and optimize business workflows for our new service marketplace.
This role is foundational—your work will establish the operational playbooks and process frameworks that will enable us to scale invoice management, HR compliance, IT/admin, and future service offerings.
You will collaborate closely with leadership in weekly (or twice-weekly) working sessions to break down complex services into step-by-step processes, clear responsibilities, and measurable outputs. Your deliverables will guide resource hiring, automation, and client onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
● Process Mapping & Documentation
· Develop end-to-end workflows for services such as invoice management, HR compliance, and IT administration.
· Use tools like Visio, or Miro to create visual process maps, swimlanes, and SOPs.
· Define “who does what” clearly: internal roles vs. client responsibilities.
● Operational Analysis
· Analyze existing practices and propose structured workflows that can be scaled.
· Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for automation.
· Translate abstract ideas from leadership into actionable, standardized processes.
● Collaboration & Workshops
· Participate in weekly/twice-weekly 30-minute working sessions with leadership.
· Ask probing questions to uncover hidden dependencies and requirements.
· Consolidate meeting outcomes into structured process documents.
● Knowledge Transfer & Playbook Creation
· Prepare standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process guides for future execution teams.
· Create detailed documentation that serves as the foundation for hiring, training, and scaling resources.
● Strategic Input
· ○ Provide insights on industry best practices for back-office operations.
· ○ Support leadership in building an operational model that is efficient, scalable, and client-ready.
Required Skills & Qualifications 3
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field (MBA
preferred but not required).
● Experience: 4-6 years as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or Operations Analyst
in IT services, consulting, or back-office operations.
Core Skills:
· Strong process mapping & workflow design.
· Ability to create detailed SOPs and documentation.
· Exceptional attention to detail.
· Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹196,892.91 - ₹1,185,991.17 per year
