Business Process Analyst

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Process Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in analyzing, designing, and improving business processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes using tools such as Visio and process mapping techniques to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement process enhancements that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
• Utilize data analysis skills with platforms like Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and Salesforce to gather insights and support business decisions.
• Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and operations to understand their needs and translate them into actionable process improvements.
• Conduct forecasting analyses to support sales planning and strategic initiatives.
• Manage projects related to process improvement initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder engagement.
• Support business intelligence efforts by analyzing data trends and providing insights that influence strategic planning.
• Assist in training staff on new processes or systems implemented as part of process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience with data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Salesforce, and Visio.
• Strong business analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets into actionable insights.
• Excellent analysis skills combined with a solid understanding of analytics and business intelligence concepts.
• Demonstrated experience in project management and process improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of sales processes, forecasting techniques, and business operations is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
