Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create, control and improve end-to-end business processes
  • Lead process design and project implementation teams in process improvement activities
  • Create quality reporting, analysis and audits for developing plans and programs to support continuous quality improvement
  • Assist in the creation, implementation and evaluation of Total Quality Management (TQM) programs


You won't be any ordinary Business Process Analyst. You will be hitting on all cylinders every moment of every day. You will create process design, implement projects, diagnose process improvement opportunities, and develop solutions in the quest for better health care. You will be expected to quickly adapt to change in a very fluid environment and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to agree on solutions

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience as an analyst in a contact center or comparable high-volume operational environment, such as scheduling or healthcare delivery
  • Experience in involvement with government or commercial contracts, with the ability to navigate compliance-driven requirements
  • Project management experience, including requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
  • Familiarity with multiple systems (not just a single platform), with demonstrated ability to work across more complex, integrated environments
  • Proven solid grounding in business analyst foundations, including tools, methodologies, and structured problem-solving approaches


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven application of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) and/or continuous improvement methodologies, with 2+ years of experience in LSS
  • Demonstrated ability to clearly articulate and document mandatory system requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities and manage change effectively
  • Proven exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proven solid critical thinking and analytical skills with a focus on measurable outcomes

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $28.27 to $50.48 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
