BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST PRINCIPAL
Meaning Work and Personal Impact:
As a Business Process Analyst Principal, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of our intelligence customer in Chantilly, VA. You will play a crucial role in understanding, analyzing, and improving our clients' business processes.

Serves as a lead analyst providing expertise on continuous process improvement strategies, organizational redesign, change management projects, and performance measures for complex business process engagements

Identifies and analyzes business needs, conducts requirements gathering, and defines scope and objectives

Uses quantitative analysis methodology to perform data, cost and benefit, and process measurement analysis

Partners with business process owners and management on strategic initiatives
What You'll Need to Succeed
Bring your initiative and drive for innovation to GDIT. The Business Process Analyst Principal must have:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Analysis, or other related discipline

Experience: 5+ years of related experience

Technical skills: Experience with workflow analysis and requirements gathering, documentation and process modeling, stakeholder collaboration and communication, continuous improvement and support

Security clearance level: TS/SCI w/ Polygraph (or eligibility)

US citizenship required

Role requirements: Experience with Appian software, including workflow design, process modeling, and automation is highly desired; knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus

The likely salary range for this position is $119,000 - $161,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
