We are currently hiring a Business Process Architect Manager for a leading financial services organization in Saudi Arabia .
Key Responsibilities:
• Extract and formalize tribal knowledge into the firm’s first library of Process Maps for core activities such as Trade Execution, Client Reporting, and other key operational workflows.
• Facilitate Discovery Workshops with Traders, Operations, and business stakeholders to document and understand day-to-day operational processes.
• Document “As-Is” workflows, inefficiencies, and pain points to identify areas prone to manual errors and operational bottlenecks.
• Translate manual processes, Excel workarounds, and legacy spreadsheets into structured User Stories and Acceptance Criteria to support automation initiatives.
• Lead requirements elicitation and documentation for process improvements and transformation initiatives.
• Support the development and maintenance of the Business & Process Analysis framework, methodologies, and standards .
• Conduct operations mapping and wealth lifecycle process analysis to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst / Process Architect within Wealth Management or Asset Management .
• Strong experience in process mapping, requirements gathering, and business process documentation .
• Experience working in manual operational environments and driving process professionalization .
• Strong knowledge of wealth management operations and lifecycle processes .
• Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills .
