Business Process & ERP Systems Analyst

Job Summary:

We are hiring a mid-level professional to assess, streamline, and optimize business processes across Finance, Sales, E-commerce, HR, and Operations, with strong hands-on experience in Odoo ERP systems. The role will support ERP implementations and system improvements for distribution, e-commerce, or retail business environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize end-to-end business processes across departments
• Lead and support ERP implementations, enhancements, and upgrades
• Align ERP systems with finance, sales, inventory, and order fulfillment processes
• Work closely with stakeholders, end users, and IT/ERP vendors
• Develop SOPs, process flows, MIS reports, and dashboards
• Support UAT, go-live, training, and post-implementation support

Requirements

• Proven experience in ERP implementation and systems support
• Industry experience in Distribution, E-commerce, or Retail
• Strong understanding of finance, inventory, sales, and supply chain cycles
• Experience with Odoo or similar ERP systems
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
