Position Summary

Multistate law-firm specializing in plaintiff-side foreclosure cases is seeking an experienced Business Process Manager to focus on optimizing the workflows within our new case management system. This position will work with a team to build and revise process maps within the software for each of the states in which we operate, in order to properly queue tasks for staff and utilize automation to ensure files are worked in the most timely and efficient manner. This position will be working with users of the system at all levels to identify and implement changes to improve workflows and help make staff more productive.

This is a fully remote position. Salary will be determined based on experience. The firm pays for 50% of healthcare premiums for employees and their families. The firm also provides paid vacation, sick time, and 401k matching.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and optimize business workflows using visual workflow tools (e.g., Workpoint Designer or similar)
  • Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and operations leaders to translate legal procedures into structured task flows
  • Automate task triggers, alerts, and document generation based on user actions or rule conditions
  • Learn the CaseMax platform and become a key system administrator (training provided)
  • Monitor process performance and compliance metrics; make data-driven recommendations
  • Manage configuration documentation, train end users, and serve as system support liaison

Must Have Requirements:

  • Experience working in a business process optimization role within a law firm, utilizing case management systems
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Motivated self-starters who are organized and can think outside the box

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in foreclosure law with an understanding of the foreclosure legal process
  • Experience and familiarity using Workpoint Designer software
