Business Program Office Consultant / Senior Consultant

Qualifications:

• A strong academic background, including a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering or other related field
• Minimum 2- 3 years experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, transformation, or project management
• Experience in portfolio design, prioritization, and execution of multiple business and transformation projects
• Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and hands-on experience in running end-to-end project management processes
• Analytical and financial experience in developing business cases, ROI/IRR analyses, financial KPI analyze and linking them to strategic priorities
• Demonstrated ability to manage internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment, engagement, and effective communication across all levels
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools
• Highly motivated, analytical, and solution-oriented, with a passion for continuous learning and driving measurable impact
• Strong team player with the ability to adapt to new challenges, multitask, and deliver under pressure

Job Description:

• Support the identification, scoping, and prioritization of strategic portfolios and projects aligned with Bupa Turkey’s transformation roadmap
• Be part of project management processes from initiation to closure, ensuring standard documentation, governance, and performance tracking are in place
• Apply appropriate project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) based on project scope and nature
• Monitor and report portfolio and project progress, highlighting key risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions
• Support to build and maintain financial, operational, and commercial models to assess project feasibility and strategic value
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including business units, PMOs, and vendors, to ensure alignment and accountability
• Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for Steering Committees and senior management
• Ensure that all project documentation is completed accurately and comprehensively throughout the project lifecycle
• Contribute to the development of BPO governance frameworks, tools, and methodologies to enhance organizational project maturity
• Support decision-making by providing data-driven insights, structured analyses, and benefit tracking reports
• Ensure all initiatives are aligned with Bupa’s strategic priorities and transformation objectives
• Communicate effectively with the wider team in a concerted effort towards delivering work products of the highest standard
