Job Summary

The Business Relations Officer plays a vital role in managing and strengthening international partnerships within the fintech and remittance industry. This position requires maintaining effective communication with financial institutions, agents, and global partners while ensuring seamless coordination and relationship development.

The ideal candidate should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, be proficient in professional email drafting, and have the ability to conduct detailed research and analysis to support strategic business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with international partners, agents, and financial institutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.

Communication & Email Correspondence

  • Draft, review, and manage professional business emails for international correspondence.
  • Ensure all communications reflect the company’s tone, standards, and branding guidelines.

Research & Market Analysis

  • Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the remittance and fintech sector.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business development initiatives.

Operational Support

  • Assist in onboarding new partners, ensuring documentation and compliance requirements are complete.
  • Support partnership agreements, contract discussions, and service-level coordination.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure all business operations adhere to relevant financial and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify risks in partnerships and recommend solutions to mitigate them.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with partners and stakeholders.
  • Prepare periodic reports and presentations highlighting business updates and partnership performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Relations or Business Administration (BBA) is preferred.
  • Experience in the remittance, fintech, or financial services sector will be an advantage.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in drafting professional business emails.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks in the remittance industry is a plus.
