Job Title: Business Relations Partner-Nutrition
Location: Community based with regular travel across Ohio
Job Type: Full Time (37.5 hours/week)
Pay Range: $56,300.00 - $71,315.00 (commensurate with experience)

Join our mission-driven team at Council on Aging (COA) and help ensure older adults receive nutritious meals and high-quality services. Your expertise will shape provider relationships, maintain compliance, and drive procurement strategies that impact thousands of lives across Ohio.
What You’ll Do

Nutrition Compliance: Monitor programs, audit providers, approve menus, and develop policies.

Procurement Leadership: Manage RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs; certify providers; and align procurement strategies with program goals.

Provider Relationship Management: Build strong partnerships, resolve issues, and represent COA at industry events.

Performance & Audits: Conduct compliance audits, prepare reports, and lead quality improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For

Education & Credentials: Bachelor’s in Nutrition and current Ohio Licensed Dietitian.

Experience: Knowledge of senior nutrition needs, compliance auditing, and procurement processes.

Skills: Strong communication, analytical thinking, negotiation, and proficiency in MS Office.
