Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Research Analyst to support strategic decision-making through in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and business intelligence. The ideal candidate will gather, analyze, and present data-driven insights to guide business growth, operational improvements, and market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on industry trends, market conditions, competitors, and customers.
• Analyze business operations, markets, and financials to identify opportunities for efficiency, expansion, or risk mitigation.
• Prepare clear, concise reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.
• Monitor and evaluate market trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes relevant to the business.
• Support strategic planning, product development, and go-to-market strategies with relevant insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, finance, and product development.
• Maintain and update databases with accurate and relevant business intelligence.
• Evaluate the performance of existing business models and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Market Research, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, market research, or a related role.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple research projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of industry research databases (e.g., Statista, IBISWorld, Crunchbase) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and ERP platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
• Basic knowledge of SQL or Python for data analysis (optional but a plus).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
