Onsite: 1 day per week (except Friday) Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00PM

Work From Home days and timings : Weekends-only (Flexible hours based on assigned research tasks and reporting requirements.)

Location: Tajpura Scheme, Canal Road

Salary: 25,000 - 35,000

The Business Lead Researcher will be responsible for identifying, researching, and qualifying potential business opportunities in Artificial Intelligence and digital services. The role focuses on lead discovery, market research, outreach support, and opportunity analysis to strengthen business development in Gulf and European markets while supporting online bidding and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify new business leads in AI solutions, web development, eCommerce, hosting, SEO, and digital services.
• Analyze market trends, AI adoption opportunities, and industry demands to determine high-value prospects.
• Discover and qualify leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, online platforms, databases, and targeted email outreach.
• Support proposal preparation by providing client insights, requirements research, and opportunity analysis.
• Assist in bidding and lead generation activities to help achieve defined business growth and revenue targets.
• Identify decision-makers, founders, and CXOs and map potential engagement opportunities, especially in Gulf and European regions.
• Contribute to Company's LinkedIn profile research and networking strategy to expand high-quality professional connections.
• Maintain organized records of leads, outreach status, and research findings within the company CRM.
• Coordinate with internal business development and technical teams to align researched opportunities with service capabilities.
• Monitor competitors, emerging technologies, and new AI business use cases to support growth strategy.
• Provide regular research updates and reporting through internal communication channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in AI, IT, or related field.
• Strong research, analytical, and data-gathering skills with attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence concepts and digital service markets.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn research, freelancing platforms, and lead discovery tools.
• Good written and verbal communication skills for documenting insights and supporting outreach.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid schedule with consistent reporting discipline.
• Interest in international markets (Gulf & Europe) is a strong advantage.
• Self-motivated, organized, and focused on quality lead identification rather than volume alone.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
