We are seeking for high potential candidates to be evaluated in our Audit & Assurance - Business Risk Services (Business Process Audit and Business Process Risk Advisory) team.
Qualifications
· Bachelor of Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, Industrial Engineering or other related disciplines
· Minimum 1-4 years of experience as internal audit, risk management or internal control professional / consultant
· Excellent command on English & Turkish; both written and oral
· Preferably holding a CIA, CRMA certificate
· Analytical and structured thinking, strong problem-solving skills
· Set, plan and accomplish goals under deadlines as a project team player
· Understands expectations and demonstrates personal accountability for keeping performance on track
· Builds relationships and communicates effectively in order to positively influence peers and other stakeholders
· Have willingness to travel.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Determine client needs and makes suggestions to engagement management on how we can meet those needs,
· Serve the client within the standards set by engagement management and to meet client needs by acting with a sense of urgency, practicality and integrity,
· Manage day-to-day client relationships at process level,
· Demonstrate personal commitment to raising the bar and making an impact that matters,
· Provide exceptional multifunctional and global services to the client,
· Execute advanced services and supervise staff in delivering basic services,
· Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks and related opportunities for internal control improvement,
· Lives our values and challenges others to do the same,
· Build and nurture positive working relationships with clients with the intention to exceed client expectations,
· Perform required tasks with regarding performance management and to initiate actions for performance reviews and evaluations,
· Contribute to the planning, development and delivery of education and training programs.
