Position Overview

We are hiring Business Sales Agents for a full-time, on-site role based in Faisalabad. If you're looking to build a career in sales with a structured growth path, paid training, and attractive earning potential—this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to generate qualified leads.
• Close sales through persuasive communication and negotiation.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service.
• Collaborate with team members to refine and optimize sales strategies.

Requirements

• Gender: Male
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) are a must.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Highly motivated with a resilient, "never-quit" attitude.
• Prior experience in sales or call centers is a plus (not essential—training provided).

What We Offer

• Base Salary: PKR 30,000/month during 3-month probation; PKR 40,000/month post-probation.
• Uncapped Commission: Earn up to PKR 200,000+/month based on performance.
