We are seeking a senior Business Sales Head – Government Vertical to lead business development and sales for government-funded cultural, tourism, science, and technology projects. The role focuses on museums, light & sound shows, science centres, planetariums, and immersive public infrastructure projects, working closely with central and state government bodies. Location : Delhi
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development and sales for government projects across Ministry of Culture, Tourism, Science & Technology, and allied departments.
- Identify, track, and convert opportunities across government tenders, PSU projects, and public-sector initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with government officials, decision-makers, and consultants.
- Drive pre-bid strategy, client engagement, presentations, and negotiations in coordination with internal design, technical, and tender teams.
- Support tender positioning, bid strategy, and commercial discussions to ensure competitive and compliant submissions.
- Represent the organization at government meetings, industry forums, exhibitions, and official interactions.
- Monitor and Research market trends, upcoming policies, and government programs relevant to museums, heritage, tourism, and science infrastructure.
Requirements
- 15–20 years of experience in business development or sales, specifically in government projects.
- Strong exposure to projects in museums, heritage, light & sound shows, science centres, planetariums, or public infrastructure.
- Established network and relationships with government officials, consultants, and PSUs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and project pursuits.
