We are hiring a confident and driven Business Development Representative to support our expanding team. As a BDR, you will be the initial contact for potential clients, reaching out to new prospects, understanding their business challenges, and introducing them to the most suitable solutions we offer. This role is focused on lead engagement and relationship building, not direct selling.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients through outbound calls and emails.
• Assess and qualify leads by understanding their requirements, timelines, and overall suitability.
• Arrange meetings or product demos for the sales team.
• Keep detailed and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies and messaging.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and company offerings.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, customer outreach, or a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence in speaking with decision-makers and handling outbound communication.
• Good time management and organizational abilities.
• A proactive mindset with a results-driven attitude.
