The Franchise Tax Board's Business Services Program has a unique opening for Business Services Officer II (Supervisor) for the Mail Distribution and Messenger Services teams. Through subordinate supervisors and leads, the BSO II (Sup) is responsible for the management, operation, and supervision of the departments' outgoing mail and messenger services. This position requires the ability to effectively supervise staff in a dynamic work environment; lead by example, coach and develop staff; delegate daily and weekly tasks; contribute to the success and goals of the program; recruit, hire, train, develop subordinate staff.
